CharityWorks is a volunteer organization whose members contribute both manpower and financial support to qualified nonprofit organizations in the Washington Metropolitan area that make a significant impact on the area's most urgent societal and educational needs. It is a 100 percent volunteer-driven organization.
We are grateful to CharityWorks for choosing us as its principal partner for 2004. Their support has been critical to the planning on our 2nd campus. Two events, a fashion show and wine tasting, have already been held in support of Maya Angelou. The next event is a black-tie gala, Dreams To Reality....A Fairy Tale Evening to be held on October 2, 2004 at the National Building Museum.
